During the event, attendees will be provided with a dater’s booklet designed to help daters keep track of who they date throughout the night. It is recommended that participants utilise this booklet to record the names and badge numbers of those they find interesting and wish to connect with. After the event, an email will be sent containing a form for completion. This form will include a list of all attendees, which daters will be prompted to select yes or no based on who they wish to connection with.

In the event of mutual interest between participants, Date With Pride will facilitate the exchange of phone numbers exclusively upon both parties selecting "yes" for connection. It is imperative to note that the reciprocation of positive responses is a prerequisite for the exchange of contact details. To uphold a safe atmosphere, attendees are encouraged to refrain from feeling obligated to share contact information during the event, allowing the matching service to manage such interactions seamlessly.

Upon commencement of the event, participants will be divided into two groups and given a badge number. You will receive a daters booklet which tells you the order of your dates and corresponding table you should be sat at. Following the order of the tables in the booklet daters will spend 4 minutes at each date before moving to the next table number on their list. There will then be a 20 minute break to allow people to mingle, refill drinks etc. After the break the two groups will continue to work through the list in their daters booklets. This allows everyone the chance to date all participants. It is imperative that the table order is followed to ensure the event runs smoothly. Each date will have a duration of 4 minutes, and when the time elapses, the host will signal the transition to the next date by ringing a bell.
